Transport yourself to the magical land of your choosing with this one of a kind, handmade, upcycled headpiece. Are you a romanticizer of the past? Will this piece top off a carefully curated costume to transport you back in time or to a magical medieval world? Or perhaps its the starting point for your post-pandemic festival plans? 

This piece is inspired by both historical costume pieces, like French hoods and today's cosplay and festival fashions. It is made with upcycled materials, everything is used or leftover except the glue and thread.

Baseball cap (thrift shop)
Headband (thrift shop)
Cardboard (package)
Beads and flowers (thrift store necklace)
Straight pins (I bought them by accident a few years ago)
'wire' (thrift store bangle bracelet)
Velvet (scraps from an old project)
Thread (new from sewing store)
Glue (new from Micheals or Dollarstore)
